I need some help please. The Rangie has been stood for 2 months. Sat on a trickle charger to keep the electrics happy, or so I thought.

Started today almost instantly, result, but alas the gearbox is stuck in park and I have lights and brake lights on, even with switch off and no indicators.

Removed the gearbox gaitor and I can see the interlock pin move when the brake pedal is pushed, but no movement on the stick, so brake light switch seems to work.

LCM looks dry, I can't see any evidence of water running down the pillar. I've left the battery off for a few hours to reset everything, same.

Had a run through codes, only have a Hawkeye, but there's nothing there that seems related.

I can't decide if this is one fault or two separate issues.
