Sorted! It was the AC condenser that was damaged. Had a very difficult to see leak down one side and needed a more patient mechanic |

I had a slow leak on my 2002 l322. Stopped getting cold after a month. Mine was the condenser too. I basically thought when parked I could hear a tiny scream sound. So hoping it was the condenser, I made up some washing up liquid spray, (an old kitchen product squirter bottle) and squirted all over the condenser… yes, there were tiny bubbles getting larger… same method on a different car, also showed same. I doubt it will work as easily when nearly empty, and you only know it’s empty when it’s too late. And that’s another £60.

How long did the job take? Just been quoted 5.5 hrs to replace condenser on mine. 2010 Supercharged |
