microphone issues

Hi, i'm having trouble with my microphone when on a call, i can hear them perfectly but the other person cant hear me at all or if they can they say its too quiet, this is even if i put my face up against the bloody thing. Anybody had this problem and if you have did you fix it, any help appreciated.

Bump for your post, I started having the same issue a few months ago, found your post looking for others with the same issue.

Worse case I’ve orders a an SSD cable and v165 last night, to have a play around and see if there’s faults, I need to do the dreaded under seat airbag cables with it and I’ll see it it has tests for the phone system.

Me too. Was thinking it was possibly my phone as just upgraded to iPhone 15 pro max last year and never happened before. What phones are you guys using.

Similar issue where incoming calls are clear but when I speak receivers can't hear me.
I swapped out the microphone itself but still have the same issue.

That’s exactly what’s happening with me, was thinking it could be a Bluetooth issue as when I use my old phone it seems fine.

Interesting…I wonder if we can update the Bluetooth software?
