Adding Timed Climate Using JLR SDD to 4.4 SDV8

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help/point in the right direction.

I have the SDV8 with the FBH but I want to enable timed climate to pre-heat the cabin.

I bought SDD Version 164 with a Copy Mongoose Cable.

I have done a DTC read and clear and thats about as far as I can get. It's certainly nowhere near as intuitive as BMWS ISTA Software.

I have no idea what this (^) is but if your VSE came with a FBH then the timed climate feature should be available from the dash menu system as standard, otherwise how would you enable it? 2021 D350 Fifty Edition - Carpathian Grey

Hi,

SDD is the JLR diagnostic and programming software.

I’ve seen people code in other things and have seen people code in the timed climate using gap iid tool but not using SDD.

Just done this with the help of Fifthhorseman!

You need this kit and gap tool, took minutes to fit, unfortunately my pump is needing replaced! 2014 vogue se

If you had no idea what is this program about, better to keep away from using it logically as you can do unbelievable damage.
If you have some experience in programming software and change of configuration file then it is easy job.
!The must! Battery charger plugged to the car!
Full access for sdd with seed generation password.
