Oddly, mine does something similar (AB D350). Also the fans semi to be on high all the time. In the L405, there was a setting for Auto that set quiet / gentle fan etc.

I find I have to turn the heat level to 22/23 to get a comfortable cabin temperature and also find the temp can vary when on auto.

Have you tried moving it to the automatic speed setting? |

I have had a few issues with mine on a recent long journey to the Alps. The windows started misting up and when I clicked on the max demist option, nothing happened. Also if I tried Max A/C, nothing happened.

I found something out yesterday, the fan has an Auto setting but that seems different to the Auto heat control.

On a trip back from the Arlberg we had exactly this, screen wash for down to -10 and jets not defrosting and even on max windows misting up, just what you want from a hundred plus grand car. Perhaps LR she ditch the bling and concentrate on the basics. letters not necessarily in the right order |
