United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Santorini Black
D300 Westminster

Which engine is in the runout 405’s. I’ve been looking at the D300’s on tinternet, but are they the first of the ingenium engines cars with the straight 6 or the last of the SDv6 cars just with the more powerful map and the V6.

Can t seem to find the info. It mentions MHEV tech in a couple of reviews which leans me towards it being the I6 rather than the V6 but I’m confused…..🫤

Think I managed to find the answer…..Looking at one of the links below and the runout brochure is on there. So it looks from that like they did both a D300 and D350 3.0 diesel version of the 405 with the 3.0 diesel. Which would indicate it’s the I6 shoehorned into the 405.

There seem to be no D350’s about though. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Ta Thumbs Up

Having perused auto trader there are a few D350 405’s in private dealers, one just up the road from me in Chesterfield which looks interesting….. 2020 3.0 D350 AB in Dark Blue (Loire maybe can’t tell) wrong wheels but I have the right ones anyway, the rest of the spec looks good though. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I've just switched from a 2017 SDV8 AB to a 2021 D350 AB Fifty and have been very impressed with the engine so far and seems a bit more responsive than the SDV8.

When looking I found there were fewer D350 variants. Westminster's never had the D350, and now the run out L405's are over 3yrs old there are far fewer listed on the LR Approved site. As of today there's only one D300, a 71 plate AB.

I have a few spec and brochures for the 2020/21 models from other members which I found useful. I don't know if I can post them on here so if you want copies just PM me your email. 2021 D350 Fifty Edition - Carpathian Grey
