2006 4.4 AJV8

Hi Guys Thumbs Up

Just got a nice 2006 L322 with a good service history and in good condition, I specifically wanted the 4.4 petrol AJV8 engine with the six speed gearbox, everything I have read has said good things about this engine/gearbox combo.

Im really looking forward to getting involved on here with you all and will no doubt have many questions for you knowledgeable guys and gals on here when things go wrong with it Laughing

Won't the same age 4.4s be just as rotten?

We recently bought a 4.2 S/C on an 05 plate which is ULEZ compliant and isnt rotten, and we only paid £3000 for it!.

Mine isn't but it's not ulez due to pre production immision data used on the V5 my mates identical car registerd just a month later is compliant.

If I can find a good 4.4 jag engine 322 or good 4.2sc 322 I mite just pull the trigger.

France 2007 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver

good buy, got mine (an O7)over 10 years now, great engine, great workhorse, lovely traveller, let me only down once with an electric failure. Got nearly 130000 mls on it and as a bonus goes great on LPG from new. So I'm even allowed in the big cities in France on smoggy days. OK she needs a few small things done now, but nothing weird. She will stay with me until she dies Wink)
Drive savely, enjoy Xmas and wish you many, many save (s)miles
