is that the round one ? .....i thought that was the speaker and the small one was the mic or am i getting things mixed up

Other way around!
Small one with foam cover is the mic, circular can shaped thing is the speaker. L405 SV Autobiography LWB SDV8, finished in Aston Martin China Grey by ETO division.
