We have an Autel that was bought on a clearance deal. Sure it was about £600 or so, but has done 99% of what we've asked of it

But we also have SDD, Topix Cloud, GAP IID, Autologic and the handheld SST, so we're spolied for choice

This is the model I’ve got and it did the resets etc, but from a different site. 👍🏻

Seems to have quite a lot of useful features, it’s basically an android tablet with a BT dongle. Takes a min to get your head around how to make it work, but took me about 20 mins of fiddling to get the reset done.

Thanks NMJ. Good to know which model fits the bill as Autel must have 50+ models! And nice to see a shortcut button specifically for SCR/DPF As it happens that was the site I was looking at but I’ve since read a few reviews claiming it’s a scam site and the devices have limited functions. The price of your device is quite dear from an authorised dealer so I’ll give it a rest for now as …… the error has cleared! But I’ll need to get one soon as our cars need constant fettling.

So my soot level was well over 6g at 10g and I can’t force a regen, but anyway I followed the LR drive instructions further up in the post and it’s cleared the start countdown - Phew!!!
