Will try these step, in your case was it the ground cable from the battery or the ground straps from the chassis to the engine block? 2010 Vogue 4.4 TDI

f you press the starter and it CLICKS, what is the voltage in the battery? Is it under 12.5 volts? Can a ground cable also be loose or corroded? Did you have the problem before replacing the starter? What if you disconnect the charged battery from the car and then wait four days, does it start immediately when you reconnect the battery? I also had the problem in my many Range Rovers, it was the ground cable....

Right on the money, ground strap bolt was completely loose, must be the mechanics who did the rear main seal... Alternator charge is up to 14.1-14.4V

However still getting a Click on start when the car is hot. Could it be the solenoid trigger cable I routed is not big enough and the engine bay heat causes too much resistance?

I used a 10awg wire, worth trying to go up to a 6awg?

Thanks again guys, feels like I'm getting close. 2010 Vogue 4.4 TDI
