Insurance

Just had my renewal come through from Sainsburys Bank for my TD6 2006, I was pleasantly surprised to see it has actually gone down by almost £50 from last year, renewal price £316, zero voluntary excess, fully comp, £275 compulsory excess[/u]

I wonder if it's because of the age of the car. My wife's P38 seems to qualify for classic car insurance now and this year it was about £230. It sort of compensates for the horrendous L405 premium.

That may be the reason, I also have a classic Alfa Romeo it is the most valuable car I have and it is the cheapest to insure costing £120 per year fully comp
