4.4 sdv8 and 4.4 tdv8 engines different?

Hi, can anyone tell me the difference between the l322 4.4 tdv8 engine and the l405 sdv8 engine?
Could you fit an engine from a 2012 l322 into a 2014 l405

...due to an improved tune.

A new L405 engine has been fitted to a L322, noting that the L405 and L322 sumps are different.

That’s not what I meant. Is the engine the same and could you fit an engine from a 2012 l322 into a 2014 l405.

Just marketing bringing the 4.4 into the same naming convention as the SDV6.

IIRC at least 1 turbo housing is different due to body clearance constraints in the L405.

Edit: Yes, the primary turbo is different.
