I would be very concerned the sunroof drains have blocked/failed and filled up the rear footwell, have you checked the sunroof drain points, assuming you have a sliding roof. I think there is plenty to fry under there. |

Open the sliding roof, look about 4inches towards back of the gully you will see a small hole one both sides.

If it is that then you need to sort asap as damage will be massive if it continues.

It's under the rear wheels cowl, you can see in the video at min 5:24 |
