Microcat 2012 it only shows this part# for the RRS. The L322 has various numbers depending on the door remote frequency, VIN and +/- Homelink. Also, the L322 has the ambient air temp sensor in the left side mirror. |

Ended up buying one from USA from 2011 L322, Easy install and set up with IID tool, very pleased with result and seems to being working well without upsetting oncoming traffic. Total cost including import taxes £82. |

That’s good then. Nice little upgrade for not too much outlay.

I can confirm the FFRR, RRS & D4 all use different numbered mirrors... |

This was the one I used. Took onboard previous comments regarding different functions and bought one from L322 of the same age to be safe.

Is there any reason why a mirror with a slightly different engineering number won’t work. For example, I can get a mirror with number AH32176E678AD. It has the camera, but no home link. I’m not sure why the CAN messaging would be different as surely it’s all the same tech, I.e. the same camera and same control module inside the mirror? Andy

Yes, a different number probably won’t work as it maybe for a Different marketplace? A different age? A different model? And yes, different age cars and different marketplaces have a different canbus protocol sir… |

For wider awareness and in case anyone else tries to add high beam assist the part number ending AD mentioned above does work. I resolved my issue earlier after coding CCF differently. Apparently, you need to set the 2nd auto light option to ‘Disabled’ which is counter-intuitive, but worked. I picked up the tip from another thread which references yet another thread on the Disco3 forum. Spread the word! 👍 Andy
