"The easiest way to find out the age of your battery is to locate the battery. Many batteries have a date on top of them which shows when they were manufactured. This date will help you figure out how old your car battery is.

The date stamp is usually by the terminals if there isn't a clear date of production notice. |

On the other side of the coin. Ive had this car since march 23 and I still love it. Now that the new battery is fitted stop start is now working, I thought it was disabled due to it having a ghost fitted. Clearly not Wish it was still off. Its something I dislike 2016 4.4 diesel |

My battery date was stamped on the actual terminal. 2015 and I only changed it in the Summer because the stop start wasn't working.........wish I hadn't bothered. 🤨 |

My money is on it being the original - unless it has a full MD service history.

Yes finally got to go to the shed and checked. Yes as the previous poster. It was on the negative post 2016. So yes the original. Thanks for all the input. Much appreciated 2016 4.4 diesel |
