Fix wear marks on the screen

Hey all, I've been noticing more and more the finger marks on my screen. I've tried to clean them but they look more like wear marks. The previous owners must have liked proding and poking the screen a lot!

Is there anything I can do to get this back to a consistent finish? And yes, I've tried cleaning it with a gentle cleaner and a microfibre cloth. Thanks!

You won't believe it, I didn't, but a baby wipe will remove the rest of the coating and leave the screen looking like new, it takes a bit to do it and to get right into the corners but persevere...... Thumbs Up Pete

long time ago when I had an l322 I did what Pete suggested (worked a treat) then carefully cut down an Apple Ipad screen protector and fitted it (again fine) Geoff

Baby wipes did the job, along with 10 minutes of elbow grease. Thanks for the recommendation.
