Its booked in for warranty work at the beginning of next month for this but any ideas as to the issue may be helpful as it can only be properly tested (I guess) when the weather is cold and if it is in the workshop on an unseasonably warm day, it may be an issue/

The FBH comes on with the timed climate programmer on the dash, it works for about 7 or 8 minutes then goes off. Not enough to warm the car or defrost.

I tried it last night waiting for the kid and it was on for 8 mins then shut off, I tried it overnight and it had come on this morning as I can see a small area at the lower centre of the windscreen that had warm air blown on it, but the screen was still frosted.

Any thoughts I can look at or point th workshop at? First time FFRR owner

I have just had a brief look at the iGuide and you may have a time set for the duration ( minutes ) on/off . Unfortunately I can’t give the page numbers as it’s digital but have screen shot the section that may be of help.

thanks @nabbler, I didnt realise it had an off time set too, not sure ive ever seen where that is set-able. The Incontrol remote app starts the engine so that wont work as the ghost prevents it.

eta, just checked my dash screen and I dont have any option to change any settings that the manual suggests I should be able to. ie I dont have the cogs on the timed climate screen and the general cogs just allows me to delete all timed events First time FFRR owner
