I purchased the car in July 2023 as my first FullFatRR and in spite of the extensive work (listed below) that I have undertaken I have enjoyed the ownership experience and purchased a 5.0 Supercharged 2018 L405 as an upgrade (hopefully!)

19” alloys with good Michelin tyres (rears less that 2K miles. Fronts older but plenty of tread).

The following work has been done by me all in the last 3000 miles.
2 new Michelin tyres
New adaptive rear dampers
Rear subframe removed, blasted and powdercoated. Suspension arms blasted and powdercoated. All new genuine bushes in subframe and suspension. New rear wheel bearings. New rear discs and pads and handbrake shoes (Brembo). New TRW calipers. (All shown in this post on the forum https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic69366.html)
New Kunifer brake pipes front to rear. New genuine flexi brake pipes front and rear.
New front discs, pads and genuine fitting kit (Brembo).
All front suspension arms and joints replacement (Meyle kit from site sponsor Advance Factors)
New starter motor.
New serpentine belt and pulleys.
New Nissen oil cooler.
New coolant header tank
Plenum chamber cleaned out.
Mod to fuel sender wiring as per service bulletin
New high level brake light due to partial failure of original
New bonnet struts. New tailgate struts.
Mod to rear washer jet as per various posts on forum.
Westfalia rear receiver tow bar fitted with ‘farmers style’ Genuine removable tow bar. 13 pin tow socket.
After all the suspension work took it of alignment check at local tyre specialist. They were able to adjust to “all greens” on the allowed tolerances and the manager commented that he could not remember the last time he had seen that.
Bad points. Suspension still makes a noise on rough road surfaces in spite of all the work. GAP tool shows exhaust manifold sensor defective (well covered in the forum but have not got around to doing it)
I am located in Shrewton just off the A303 near Stonehenge.
It will remain taxed until the end of this month when I will SORN it.

OIRO £11000.
