Has anyone dealt with them or know about their quality?

I might guess these are Chinese, but they "look" very close to original.

They give all specs but load rating and when I asked them, all they say is that they have sold so many and load is not a problem. I will occasionally tow with my vehicle. These will primarily be used for winter and offroad.

I figured this would be the case, especially since they are only $250/wheel.
