If you have a look on the old interweb, there are overhaul kits with all the 'O' rings etc for the L322 suspension valve blocks, a lot cheaper than buying a new valve unit, hope this helps

Just to say I got the exact same error today - currently trying to figure out what it is rather then playing the game of throwing parts at it!

Thanks Alfie - that makes sense as my compressor gets very hot - I’ve gone round all the air bags tonight with some soapy water in off road mode and nothing obvious bubbled up. Although it did take a very long time 2min+ to get into off road mode and for the yellow up arrow to disappear. |

does the car lose height once raised? if not you may be looking at the compressor rather than a leak

Did you have any luck with your Alfie? I swapped out the drier unit on my compressor but I’m still getting the error. I noticed today that when driving, both front corner valves open to 100% for 15-30 seconds every couple of minutes - after it did this for an extended time I got the error. Attached is how it looked when open - I’m wondering if swapping out both front air bags is the next best step - appreciate any input!

Quick update - my off side front airbag eventually gave in and must of made a bigger hole in the bag, as I heard it one morning leaking air.

Hi folks an update on my suspension issues; the valve block has been replaced and has made no difference, except when raising to full height I now get error message C1A99-1C (Pressure does not decrease when venting) Sat at full height so there can be no air leak in the system and will not lower.....two days later ask it to lower and it does! Go for a drive and getting c1130-66 (too many events and transitions) but after a drive, standing and watching with the car engine running, from normal ride height it will gently lower itself, compressor will cut in raise up and start all over again. It's like it is confused and is not sure what to do - has a recalibration not been carried out? All the work has been done by a mechanic I've known for years but I get the feeling this is all out of his comfort zone........any thoughts and ideas would be much appreciated. |
