Hay all, been down a rabbit hole for the past couple of months after a huge operation so, started back at work part time this week...
I have to thank my wonderful behind the scenes staff for all of the slack they have picked up whilst I've been recovering... And of course my long suffering wife & family...
Thanks also to all the long term customers and friends on here for there kind wishes throughout...

Well, there's a week of my life I never want to go through again!

Last Saturday I had a pain in my side as if id laid out on the settee in an uncomfortable position. Fast forward 6 hours and I'm having real breathing problems and this pain is starting to get really unbearable... Well, long story short. Checked myself into our local A&E after consulting the emergency doctor. And I have a partially collapsed right lung and a pair of lungs with blood clots in them. Apparently this is quite common after surgery? They developed in my legs when I was immobile and eventually decided to go on a little holiday to my lungs...

Could have been a lot worse, they could have taken a vacation to my heart or brain!

Back to bed rest for the foreseeable and let the drugs brake down the clots...

....and i thought i was suffering...

Blimey Craig never a dull moment then. A whole new meaning to the term "you clot" - and I thought Lorna was talking to you. Bed rest doesn't sound the end of the world though - at least not for a few days - obvs the withdrwal symptoms will get pretty fierce after that.
