That does seem high. I know we are all different and live in different places etc, but mine is £355, I’m 54, full NCB.

It is a joke - I think its discrimination against older cars. I mean its 2012 with very basic kit on it, and older technology.

Is it cheaper if you don’t state your driving qualifications? My Uncle was a Police Advanced Driving instructor for like 40 years and never got cheaper insurance.

I also found Hastings to be very competitive not sure how many versions there are but mine was Hastings Direct which had more than my previous Aviva as standard on the policy . 2021 SVautobiography Dynamic Black ( Black wheels need to go )

Unfortunately RRs are a toxic brand to insurers just now. You might try Wrisk Transfer which is on the LR UK website as 'Land Rover Insurance'. My existing insurers NFU Mutual refuse to quote for an L460 but I can get a quote (albeit not especially attractive price) from WT, I tried both with a couple of Defenders for comparison purposes and WT came in notably cheaper and better terms re compulsory excesses etc. than NFUM which had until recently been OK. Only Range Rovers since 1988 |

Mine is a late 322 but came up with some insurers as a 405 - more affordable quotes once that was rectified. |

Unfortunately Birmingham like London is notoriously high for insuring Range Rovers (although more so for the newer versions)
