First Off Road outing for the new one.

Went shooting yesterday in The Cotswolds so took the new car off road for the first time. Got to be honest, I was a little apprehensive as it had rained for much of the previous day and there was a lot of wet grass and sticky ground. I needn’t have worried, the car behaved as I hoped it would; got to use Grass Gravel Snow, Mud and Ruts, and HDC. Having the cameras is a real boon too.

Here’s a gratuitous picture, with a friend’s Series III in the background, complete with new tilt cover.

I only clean my cars when they’re really dirty, or when they go in for service and the dealer cleans them. There’s something about a dirt covered Range Rover in these parts, where the vast majority are kept clean and shiney and never go off tarmac……
