Folks with ACC - Seeking guidance

I am working on retrofitting ACC to my 2011 NA 5.0 HSE and I have run into an issue nobody else so far has. I fitted the radar module, the steering wheel switches, and then made all the ccf changes with iidtool but I am getting an error "C1A67-87 - Forward Looking Sensor - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message (2A)."

I'm trying to figure out if the radar module I got is bad or if I am just missing a module altogether. I see two options. AH42-14B588-AA or LR025949 (maybe they're the same?). The former option is only $28 on eBay vs $180.

Some folks report there is that module in the compartment over the rear right wheel (if facing forward at the back of the car). Can anyone with a 5.0 with acc take a peak back there for me and tell me if you've got more back there than I have?

Front radar sensor in front bumper. Then you need to aim and reprogram

I had the same problem. first radar module did not work. I replaced it with one shown and worked.
Good luck.

Yep that was my issue. $200 down the drain.

How much did this whole project cost you? I would love to add this if it isn't too expensive

With the $550 Iidtool I think it was $1300ish. Worth every cent.
