When I bought my L322 I noticed an oil leak that sounds similar to yours, I decided to live with it until it became a problem. 6 years and nearly 100K miles later it is no worse.

Turbo to exhaust flange will not be an oil oil tight seal so any oil inside will seep out. Latest thinking on white smoke after the 2nd turbo kicks in is that the drain hole in the oil filter to drain the housing when you change the filter starts leaking as the rubber plug hardens and oil drains into the PCV system. I permenantly sealed mine and the white smoke cloud is no more. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Boot it above 2500rpm more frequently and monitor. I’d hold off changing the turbo.
