Nabbler, what a terrible experience you’ve shared! I don’t want to seem complacent, but I’d hope there is a difference for a ~£40k, 2019 used RR vs a £180k much more desirable target?! That said, I do recognise the risk to key theft when the car is implied properly and the implications to home break-in. We’ve also got an electric gate and industrial bollards courtesy of the previous home owner and also cctv. So, no guarantees but I’m hoping it is not an attractive enough prize for the effort. |

It is rare those type of experiances and I'm sure you will be fine with all your visual security. Infact it seems to me that it would be harder to get out than get in !! 2021 SVautobiography Dynamic Black ( Black wheels need to go )

Ghost II, Scorpion S5 and ThinkWare front dash cam fitted yesterday. Shout out for Tracker Shop for a very good ordering experience of the package. And the local fitter team were v good too, came out, did a professional job, explained how things worked, and so far everything is working as expected - starting car, putting in Ghost code before selecting drive/reverse, and if not it all shuts down. Travelled today to Brum for work, parked up in a hotel car park and feeling happy that my new pride and joy is protected as much as it can be! Minor point, but new dash cam much slimmer that my last Nextbase one, as that had a screen which SWMBO didn’t like. This new one is smaller and more discrete. Happy wife = happy life! |

Sorry to steal your thread about your beautiful new car, but I just want to tell you that you have just made an old man very happy with your picture of Tan Hill Inn.

Great to hear your fond memories! I've not been there for 10 years, but was a favourite for me and biking mates to take a ride up there when camping in Keswick.
