Can't help on the part numbers but there are people on here who have refurbished them quite effectively.

I think if you are looking for a temporary measure on the headliner a bit of contact adhesive would work?

As mentioned above, contact adhesive would only be a temporary remedy, at best. From what I see on the photos, the headliner is sagged all over the rear but uniformly; mine was the same. I highly recommend you took it to an upholsterer when possible for a complete repair.
The plastic bits I've been able to strip and respray with excellent results. The hardest part in your case would be to match the colour as mine are a pretty standard black. But any decent paint store can scan them and mix a rattle can for you. I did that with the seat trim. Good luck!

Thanks. I'll try the temp fix for now and then get that organised.

Managed to find an OEM part from JLR classic that replaces the seat part so thats on the way. Was £14 and seemed the path of least resistance! L322 2007 S/C 4.2L

I still have my reservations regarding the headliner as the foam crumbles and the adhesive may or may not work on it. As last resort I'd discreetly pin the peeling fabric along the edge to prevent complete detachment.

PS: a few words of advice. If you do get the headliner done, take the time and make sure they've fitted the headliner itself as well as all the trim pieces properly and that the sunroof works as it should.
And, although seemingly unrelated, go buy a tube of windscreen sealant and apply on the boot seal, along the edges where it meets the bodywork. I can't stress this enough. I had water ingress in the electronics compartment with the first heavy rain after the headliner was done. Turns out they had somehow broken the bond between the seal and the bodywork, letting rainwater in.
