SOS SYSTEM NOT AVAILABLE

As per the title, I have got this warning sign on the dash of my L406 (2016). This is the first time it has ever shown up.
i am not in a foreign country and the only "sin" I have committed is to travel through Devon and Dorset over the last week or so.
Like everyone else we have had excessive rainfall but no other outstanding events have occurred.
Does anyone know how to remove this warning sign, please?
Thanks in advance.

I got the same message on my 2016, it turned out to be the telematics battery had gone flat and needed replacing as it was no longer taking a charge.

The main dealer did the work under "Goodwill" as my car had been left with them for several months, so I don't know the labour charge for the job, but I understand it is a bit fiddly as it's located behind the dash.

My part number LLR046049 was discounted to £29.43 from £46.71 + VAT, although you could find it for around £15 on the likes of AliExpress. 2024 P550e Autobiography

The same fault plus 'TPMS unavailable' on mine turned out to be a dash cam that I had fitted. After much fiddling about with camera positions etc the SOS went away so now I have the choice of dash cam or TPMS but not both at the same time.
I'm hoping that a grown up comes along and tells us how to disable the SOS. Like the TPMS to me they are pretty useless features....unless of course you are too lazy to check your tyre pressures.

It's possible that there may be water ingress to the antenna or the battery failing causing this but really needs the fault codes read otherwise we are just guessing.

@Spridget - re TPMS, you may feel its useless to you but unfortunately it is part of the MOT checks.
"Tyre pressure monitoring system malfunctioning or obviously not working" is classed as a major fault resulting in a fail.

Thanks for all the replies with helpful suggestions.
Well. I have cured the problem without cost or aggro (maybe temporarily but I shall wait and see).
My cure was to turn the car off, lock it. Leave it for 24 hours and hey presto, the message has disappeared.
I reckon I could get a job at a JLR stealership with all my technical know how.......

Unless its changed recently, the RfR was only if the TPMS light was flashing. If it's on as a solid warning light, it's pass and advise Thumbs Up

Interestingly, I don't get any warning lights, just tyre pressures all reading zero. If I disconnect the dash cam they come back after a run. I have no idea why this should happen but as an experiment I left the camera connected but put it in a Faraday pouch ( key signal blocker). After a while the readings all went back to zero??
Good job I kept my Dunlop pen type tyre pressure gauge that I bought in 1966. I wonder if the TPMS will still work after 50 odd years service.
