How many miles have you put on it since the pumps change out?

running rich, all lines seem to be moving except that light blue. could this be a faulty downstream (after-cat) sensor?

Did you time the fuel pumps correctly?

Iv never heard of timing a fuel pump for a petrol engine before it just pumps fuel to the fuel rail |

Drain the oil and check to see if it smells of fuel.

I would check if there's a timing mark for the fuel pump
