Following the Wiki Supplied Workshop Manual

I've downloaded the L405 Workshop Manual from the Wiki and what a fabulous resource!

I had one question though that I hope someone can help with.

I'm trying to follow some of the instructions for service elements and find what seems to be missing text.

Below is an image from 'Fuel Tank and Lines - TDV8 4.4L Diesel' 'Fuel Filter Element'

Specifically, it's showing steps 3 to 6, which have a couple of images but no explanatory text at all

I've tried it in a couple of different PDF readers and get the same

Is this as expected or, am I missing something?

Yeah, the L405 manual isn't as good as the ones that have gone before personally.

Whilst there is a lot more pictures, there is a lot less descriptive text about what is supposed to happen to the item thats highlighted in the pictures.

Generally, the item highlighted is what you're to remove as you step through things. V8 or else ...

I agree it’s difficult to find what you need, so resorted to purchasing one online at not inconsiderable expense, and guess what?
Embarassed Yup, about 2000+ completely unindexed pages, not searchable, inviting you to scroll ad infinitum to find what you need Banging Head Yawn

Don’t knock what is free, is my lesson! Bow down “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?
