TDV6 Coolant change

As my TDV6 is approaching it's 10th birthday one of the jobs I am planning is to change the coolant. The procedure in manual seems a bit complicated with vacuum filling, special tools etc. Is there anything special about this system of is it just a case of drain it off, flush and refill?
Any advice much appreciated.

I've not changed coolant on a l405 yet but vacuum filling sounds more complicated than it actually is. A vacuum filling kit is pretty cheap and easily done.
