Nothing needed to be removed - There is a locking device on the fitting which needs swinging out of the way and then work the head out, clean as above etc. takes 10 minutes.

Sounds lie your suspension compressor needs a good look at tho. Lots of info on here about that Whistle

Seems based on all reading I have been doing all over the internet indicates that
'Precharge Pump' and 'CAN Bus error' are caused by ABS module.

Also there was mentioned number of times that even one gets the same Bosch 0 265 950 056 module, it will require re-coding and I have no idea how to do it with All Comms III tool I got or this temporary tool I've received.

I contacted couple of people on Ebay who do ABS module repairs for $200 and seems have no other option except to send the module for repair to avoid recoding.

If the same unit number came from TD6 and yours is V8 or other way around, it will require recoding - this is what I have been reading all over.

The problem is that people selling stuff on Ebay don't say from which vehicle the part came from.

Update: I got my ABS untit back repaired. The 'Precharge Pump' message from ABS is gone, Air.Susp.Inactive message is gone - I did Steering Sensor calbration by turning wheel left, right left. Suspencion is adjustable and HDC is back.

Lesson to learn - 'CAN Bus Fault' (which still remains) and 'Precharge Pump' error messages DO NOT MEAN that either of these modules are faulty. It is ABS Module that needs fix/repair.
