Kingbolen ediag code reader. Bargain??

Like most, having bought an L332 Im looking for a code reader. Just watched this vid

Anyone used it/have opinions?

Seems a cheap option

I've just bought a topdon topscan, very similar by the looks of it and similar price, cheaper if you shop around.

It will plug into just about any car with an OBD2 plug. It also has a fault code lookup and lists the most common fixes for that code. Current

Switzerland 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Adriatic Blue

Just out of couriosity I ordered one so I can compare it with the IIDtool. Hardly can believe that a OBD scanner for £50 can do more then read faults but let's see.

Ansi, please let us know how it goes. For £50 odd you wouldnt expect as much as the vid shows. Shame its £19 pa to keep oil reset active though.

I will, but I'm travelling to Spain next Saturday and won't be back before the end of October. I doubt that the tool will reach me by Friday. So patience is required. Very Happy
