I'm doing mine in 3 weeks time and thinking of grinding the rivet heads off and knocking them into the bush.

Just done mine.
Put it up high on axle stands.
Small trolley jack under each rear hub and just take the weight.
I then removed all four bolts.
Slowly lowered one side but the shock was at full extension and wouldn't allow the subframe to drop enough from the body. Removing the lower shock bolt let the subframe drop nicely to allow enough room to get the remover onto the top of the bush.
Did one side, jack the hub back up and did the other side.
If it's putting anyone off, you don't have to remove the exhaust. I didn't even have to unclip hoses or wires and didn't deflate suspension.
I had to pack out the top insertion tool to allow the bush to fully seat.
