United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Fuji White
Low cost alternative to Invery / Bovee Bluetooth

Good morning all 😀

We’re due to head out in our 2012 L322 Westminster soon on a summer road trip around Europe.

Bluetooth streaming isn’t vital for the journey, but at only £13.79 I thought this Stereo Bluetooth Adapter was worth the gamble.

It should arrive in the next couple of weeks and I’ll report back, but I’d be keen to hear if anyone else on here has tried this product?

That looks good and much cheaper than the alternatives! I'd be interested to know if it still works with the steering wheel controls, my Bovee dosen't like the previous song button so if this does work, I might be tempted, let us know how you get on.

It's basicaly an iPod emulator that then broadcasts bluetooth so only fitted to the later cars AFAIK. The Invery is the one to get for max functionality and compatability with the latest phones as the Bovee is an older Bluetooth tech. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Ha, my daughter exactly the same, my music not good enough so she's running Spotify on her iPhone through the car speakers.

I'm not fussed, I've got all my stuff on a 128GB USB stick in the centre console. Fuji White / Jet 2012 4.4 TDV8 Westminster

so my Jie Rui BT-5908 arrived today, daughter and I connected it to the ipod connector in glove box, her iPhone paired over Bluetooth to the BT-5908, but the L322 2011 screen displays message at the top of the screen "Connect Device" - used another iphone same thing, turned off the car and turned off the iphone and rebooted same thing, so a bit stumped now, anybody else got further than we did ?

I tried mine last night, suffering the same problem as you. I’ve claimed a refund through eBay.

Nothing lost, nothing gained.

The Invery is the one to go for.... especially if you listen to DAB as more and more stations migrate over to Dab+, you download the app for your favourite station and simply stream it. Is there nothing cheap for Range Rovers?

The alternative was about £500 for a Dab+ receiver which you fit in the boot behind the DVD player. https://www.in2digi.com/products/d-jv-2/ 2011 L322 Autobography - a lot of bells and some of the whistles...owner with no idea!

For the iPhone to work you need to have at least one audio track in your iTunes library. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
