Some people refer to the box next to the positive terminal as a collision related explosive disconnect device, others as a 400a mega fuse....

Check all the fuses. Lots of ECUs and things have reverse polarity protection by means of a diode which will blow the fuse when powered up wrong way. MY11 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE |

I found it was the pyro fuse and a couple of others that may have been related. The only thing I can’t seem to get working is the electric mirrors, despite the common fix of pulling fuses 11 & 24. And the BCM fuse 27 I think. They were folding and working fine, now nothing I try gets them working. Any ideas? |
