12 brand new Range Rover L405 wheel nuts. [Now 8 - 4 already sold]

Bought from Powerful UK and cost £15 per 4 nuts. Not genuine LR but OEM per their website

£30 plus P&p for all 12 or £11 plus P&P per set of four.

Please note two of the twelve have been removed from their bags but none have ever been on a car.

These were bought after I had a puncture and couldn’t get the nuts off. Common occurrence apparently - when garages refit wheels they use impact wrenches which distort the nut covers. Check yours - I had to call the AA to get the wheel off and bought these to replace twelve wheel nuts that had been deformed and the normal wheel socket wouldn’t fit. Even the AA chap had to resort to a very very large hammer and an oversize socket so be warned and check your nuts!

I reckon these should almost be treated as a Service item and replaced every few years. My current ones have swollen and I am carrying a 23 and 24mm socket rather than the standard 22m just in case.
I bought recently from John Craddock trading on eBay.

Agreed on the service item concept.
