Remote App - updating

Hello
In the last few weeks I have found when checking the Remote app on my iPhone it is refreshing. It works if the ignition is on and refreshes correct. But if I check after I have parked it doesn’t refresh.
It used to work. Up to 24 hours after parking the car.

Any ideas?

Many Thanks SDV8 AB MY 2020

So a couple of days after posting this question. The application has returned to normal.

Is the connection to the RR from the App through the SIM card? Or is this a separate mobile connection?

Where I live I can connect to 8 different mobile networks. On my phone sometimes I need to force it to change network as the data doesn't work well. I wonder if the connection in the car just had a bad connection? SDV8 AB MY 2020
