Secondary turbo oil leak?

Hi all,

I think I have an oil leak on my secondary turbo, I have no black smoke on acceleration and it pulls very well. But I do have a smell of burning oil after a motorway drive (I had my oil cooler done a few thousand miles ago)

I had a look for possible leaks the other day and saw this patch when looking up through the passenger wheel arch. It seems to be to the rear of the turbo and isn't coming from the oil drain pipe. I think the oil is getting blown back onto the cat behind here and is the source of my burning smell.

Looking at the parts diagram in the workshop manual it seems likely that it is the oil feed to the turbo. My question is firstly, do you agree? And secondly how can I get to it?

I had a similar thing and had that turbo replaced as a result but I know of others who simply wipe off the oil and live with it.

Could be a valve cover seal that has let go a bit. If it gets worse it´ll start dripping oil from the subframe if that´d be the cause.
