United Kingdom 2017 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Silicon Silver
Tuning a 5.0 V8 SVR

So I have been watching these guys on different cars and this video popped up.

Now I know it's not a full-fat but a 5.0 ltr engine is the same in a sport as a Full-fat.

The opinion is it was heavily tuned and that's the result of what is seen.

If you don't want to follow the whole video run through to 23:43 min

Very sad or is it a warning? 2017 SDV8 4.4 silicon silver AB

I saw the first video on that car. When they topped the coolant up it was pouring out of the spark plug holes in the heads.

I didn't think it would be the head gasket at the time but wasn't expecting that! I'm glad I'm not repairing that car!

Strange way of stripping it though... turn the engine till the timing marks line up then remove the cams. Leaving the fan and all of the timing gear in situ too.

Each to their own but I'd have thought reaching over that fan would've been a pain.
