Battery on 4.4 tdv8 should be AGM. I would check voltage …approx 14.4 with engine running and charging, around 12.6 switched off.

My L405 did the same when we bought it and drove me nuts. However, after regularly running the car for a few months, the message no longer pops up. I would use it for a few months and see what happens. |

I’m sure that dealers had a fix, back in the day…. Of a software update as the system was too eager to shout Low Battery. I’m guessing most will have had that update by now. I have no further details.
