I discovered, recently, (descending North Yorkshire's Sutton Bank 1 in 3) that my downshift paddle is faulty (2017 L405 SDV8 AB). It was an interesting experience if nothing else.
Before I shell out megabucks on a replacement (or even have to buy the pair) I wonder if anyone has been successful in replacing or repairing the microswitch? I know microswitches do not cost upwards of £100. Alternatively, is anyone selling just the L/H (downshift) paddle in silver?

I'm not sure I'll be quite so successful taking the bend on Sutton Bank, again, on two wheels and the door handles!😀

They are not simple on/off microswitches sir... They are a can bus/data switch...
