Unknown button

My 12 Vogue se has an unknown button in the console where the sunroof switch is, but I haven't a clue what it's for.
And before someone says RTFM, I did and it's not shown I there 🤷‍♂️.

Any ideas?

Which button ? One looks like a sunroof button & the other one deployable side steps ?

The one to the right, deployable steps sounds feasible as the range rover came with these, which i promptly removed. Remember:- amateurs built the ark

The blank black button in centre is not a button it lights up with airbags from what i remember

It is to enable the deployable side steps to be locked in the stowed position.
