2011 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Santorini Black

Rear Toe Link tabs

Can't think of a better name for them but the metal thats protruding out in the subframe slightly for the ecentric washer to grab onto.

alignment shop said it just span and span without adjusting

mine seem to be slightly worn, is the only solution here knock them back in or get another subframe?

I've tried knocking the accessible ones back in but its a nightmare getting to the ones tight to the body. Its actually a sport
