Hi, there are a few threads about dropping the rear subframe on the drive, but it's a daunting undertaking. I personally wouldn't attempt it at my age and acute chubbiness, but go for it.

thanks for the input, I did toy with the idea of getting rid until overridden by wife and daughter (a mechanic)..

well it's starting Monday with enough work to get MOT then we'll attack the subframe. |
