Wrong battery could this cause damage

I noticed the other day that the car was turning off the radio due to low power after not very long being switched off, when the car was not running. I have just checked the car and it has. Yuasa 5000 YBX5019 fitted by the previous owner. My car is a 2011 4.4tdv8

Now I note that this is not an AGM battery and am going to look to change it. Can it cause the car issues running the wrong type of battery. Sorry not my area of expertise. Current

The car will give that warning by default after about 5 mins even with a perfect battery. You can't use the auxiliaries without the engine running for any length of time 2011 L322 Autobography - a lot of bells and some of the whistles...owner with no idea!
