2013 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Baltic Blue

Oil leak from on my sdv8 4.4

Hi guys.

Can anyone help me. With this oil leak. There is oil running down the pipe in yellow. Is it possible to have oil leak at the top of this pipe? Is this a diy repair. Any help, thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
