2016 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Corris Grey

New key Fob Battery

First daft question of my ownership.

4.4 Vogue SE 2016 - i just changed the battery in the spare key fob.

It was working but only vv close to the car.

New battery and now not working at all.

Do i need to part the battery to the career some such?
