Coolant system O rings

As my 140K baby is now starting to seep a little from various coolant o rings I'm planning on doing a coolant change and swap all the O rings and do the oilcooler gaskets(rubber seals) as though i currently have no issues it's bound to happen before too much longer so my question is after reading various posts on different O rings and sizes for various pipes
Have we got a list of them all and sizes in one place yet or has anyone that's been going through this rigmarole got a list squat on there computer or piece of paper that would be willing to share with us all .

Just to complicate matters, in my experience the o-rings rub away at the plastic spigot over which they are pushed. This leaves a groove in the spigot, so a new o-ring often does not fix the issue...
