Anybody know if the insulation (which at this point, is all crumbly and disintegrated) on the engine tray is available? I'd like to replace mine as there's almost nothing left. On a parts diagram, it gives me a product number of 6775E.

Unless of course someone else has had any luck with installing some other type of insulation or sound deadening material?

You have to buy the whole under tray. I choose to use sound deadening foam and cut it to size. It works okay but I would have chosen 20mm as it took a bit of squashing to get the tray back on with the 30mm installed. It’s been in place for 6 months with no issues.

Try and get closed cell foam if you can find that option as the above will absorb oil drips over time. TDV8 4.4 2012
